Experienced HVAC Service Technician

HVAC Service Technician, Residential | $25-$40/hr + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Location: Cornelius, NC Pay: $25-$40 hourly + Commission, Bonuses Allied Aire is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team on residential projects. We're looking for a technician who enjoys diagnosing problems, solving them correctly, and delivering outstanding service to homeowners. What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems Service furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and indoor equipment Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance Complete occasional HVAC installations as needed Communicate repair options clearly and professionally with homeowners Maintain accurate service documentation Follow company safety standards and manufacturer specifications What You Bring 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience EPA Certification Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience with heat pumps, gas furnaces, and refrigerant systems Excellent customer communication skills Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Why Allied Aire?
