Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert care during labor and delivery, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Perform sterile vaginal exams independently and without supervision.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
• Utilize EPIC charting system to document patient information and treatment accurately.
• Assist in triage and assessment of expecting mothers in a fast-paced environment.
• Adapt to unit needs by working weekend shifts as required to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with 2+ years of labor and delivery experience; 1.5 years considered with relevant expertise.
• Certified in ACLS, AWHONN Advanced, BCLS, and NRP.
• Ability to perform sterile vaginal exams without supervision.
• Proficiency in EPIC charting system is required.
• Flexibility to work every other weekend or as needed to meet unit requirements.
• No pending licenses; applicants must hold active certifications at the time of submission.
