Digital Marketing Manager Department: Marketing Reports To: Director of Marketing or Executive Leadership Job Type: DIRECT HIRE
Position Summary Qualified Staffing is seeking a results driven Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and optimize online marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support company growth. This position will lead digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms while collaborating with internal teams to drive measurable business results.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with leadership and staff across all departments.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business goals and marketing objectives.
• Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and digital performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation through search engine optimization, paid advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Identify, manage, and optimize social media platforms and other digital channels to promote Qualified Staffing services and strengthen brand presence.
• Oversee the implementation and performance of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using web analytics and key performance indicators, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Present campaign results and marketing insights to leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing marketing programs while recommending new strategies, technologies, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Ensure all marketing projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Collaborate with Information Technology, Sales, Recruiting, Operations, and other departments to support company initiatives and marketing campaigns.
• Assist with the ongoing development, maintenance, and optimization of the company website to improve user experience, search rankings, and conversions.
• Stay current on digital marketing trends, search engine optimization best practices, analytics tools, and emerging technologies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience with demonstrated success managing online marketing campaigns.
• Experience with search engine optimization, paid search, social media marketing, email marketing, and website analytics.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and content management systems is preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
• Staffing, recruiting, or business to business marketing experience is preferred.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and best practices.
• Knowledge of search engine optimization, search engine marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze marketing data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing platforms.
• Self motivated with strong problem solving and decision making skills.
