Description JOB POSTING: Tool & Die Maker Job Details: Legacy Technologies LLC dba PacAero – Mission is a precision manufacturer specializing in hermetic sealing technologies serving aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial markets. We are committed to quality, innovation, and continuous improvement while providing a collaborative team environment where employees can make an impact. PacAero - Mission is seeking an experienced Tool & Die Maker to build, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair tooling used in our precision manufacturing operations. This position plays a critical role in supporting production through the development and maintenance of high-quality tooling, dies, fixtures, and precision components. Key Responsibilities: Build, repair, and maintain tooling, dies, fixtures, and precision components. Perform manual machining operations including milling, turning, and grinding. Troubleshoot tooling issues that affect production, quality, or uptime. Modify tooling to improve performance and longevity. Support press setup and die adjustments as needed. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams. Support continuous improvement efforts in the machine shop. Requirements Qualifications: Required: Experience as a Tool & Die Maker or in a similar tooling role. Strong manual machining skills. Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving ability. Experience working to tight tolerances. Strong communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Legacy-Technologies-LLC
