Accounts Payable Clerk – Redline Powersports Group

Redline Powersports Group is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our growing team. This is a high-volume position that plays a critical role in ensuring invoices, vendor payments, and accounting records are processed accurately and efficiently across our dealership group.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy. Candidates must be comfortable handling a large workload and meeting deadlines without sacrificing accuracy. This position will work alongside a seasoned, professional accounting staff in a collaborative environment focused on accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and timely

• Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

• Assist with weekly check runs and payment processing

• Maintain organized records and ensure proper documentation is retained

• Communicate professionally with vendors and internal departments regarding payment inquiries

• Support month-end closing processes and account reconciliations

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and accounting standards

Qualifications

• Prior accounts payable or accounting experience preferred , preferably in a high-volume environment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under deadlines

• Must be comfortable handling a large workload and meeting deadlines without sacrificing accuracy

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience with dealership management systems or accounting software is a plus

• Lightspeed experience is a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office preferred
