Community Relations Coordinator

Full-Time | Pikesville, MD | Local Travel | $50,000–$58,000 + Incentives

Applied ABC is looking for a personable, energetic, and motivated Community Outreach Coordinator to help expand our presence throughout the local community and connect families with services that can make a meaningful difference in their lives.

No degree required. No ABA experience required. We’ll train you!

This is a great opportunity for someone with a sales, customer service, hospitality, networking, community outreach, or relationship-building background who wants to grow their career while doing meaningful work.

What You’ll Do

As a Community Outreach Coordinator, you’ll be the face of Applied ABC in the community. You’ll build relationships, open doors, and create opportunities to connect families with the resources they need.

• Build and maintain relationships with schools, healthcare providers, community organizations, and local professionals.

• Attend networking events, community fairs, meetings, and other local events.

• Introduce Applied ABC and build awareness of our services.

• Identify new community connections and partnership opportunities.

• Develop and maintain a strong local professional network.

• Connect families with information and resources related to autism services.

• Follow up consistently with contacts and maintain strong professional relationships.

• Represent Applied ABC with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude

• Help expand our community presence and build relationships across your assigned territory.

Previous experience in sales, business development, recruiting, customer service, hospitality, healthcare, education, or community outreach is a plus — but not required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to travel locally throughout the community

• Flexibility to occasionally attend evening or weekend events

• Strong communication and organizational skills

Location: Pikesville, MD Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
