About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Environmental Planner/Project Manager to join our growing Energy Practice in California. Beyond delivering exceptional client service and technical excellence, you will help foster a collaborative culture focused on professional growth, innovation, mentorship, and continuous improvement, while contributing to the growth and success of Rincon’s Energy Practice.

How We Collaborate
This role may offer a hybrid work setup, blending time in the office with remote work as business needs evolve. We enjoy coming together in person to collaborate, connect with teammates, and partner with clients, and may prioritize candidates who live within 50 miles of a Rincon office, but we are open to considering California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington-based applicants.
