Straight Commission - Upside income potential instead of a fixed pay arrangement.
$30,000 - $60,000 Commission only
Responsibilities:Responsiveness - Follow up on all leads, calls, and appointments promptly
Discovery / Consult - Uncover the buyer's needs and wants by fact-finding and showing them homes matching their priorities.
Learn / Grow - Learn in order to be an advisor and add exceptional value as a real estate agent.
REALISTIC EARNINGS - Year 1: $30,000 - $60,000; Year 2: $60,000 - $90,000; Year 3: $100,000+
- Oklahoma real estate license or willing to get one
- Teachable and loves to learn
- Works well independently
- Great team player
- Strong communication skills
