Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday–Friday, 40 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Perform circulating duties in the operating room across orthopedic, endoscopy, and general surgery cases
• Ensure a safe and sterile surgical environment in compliance with facility protocols and standards of care
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical team members throughout procedures
• Manage patient care, documentation, and communication before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Be available on an as-needed basis for occasional call or holiday coverage

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Colorado or compact state eligibility
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Demonstrated experience as an OR Circulator
• Strong orthopedic surgical experience is required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with endoscopy and general surgery cases
• Ability to adapt to a low-volume, community-based surgical setting
• Familiarity with call and holiday coverage expectations in a small facility environment
