- Travel: 30-50% - dependent on home location
- Bachelor's degree (4-year degree required).
- 5+ years of sales experience-public sector preferred.
- 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and coaching abilities.
- Experience with consultative, relationship-based selling.
- Bonus: Familiarity with public-sector procurement, government sales cycles, or ESCO/energy efficiency solutions.
