Distribution Modernization Project Lead

As the Project Lead, you will oversee engineering projects, foster client relationships, and deliver innovative solutions for power distribution systems. This role offers a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to blend technical skills with leadership and business growth.Responsibilities:Manage projects from inception to completion, including planning, engineering, procurement, and closeout.Act as the main client liaison, fostering long-term connections and expanding service offerings.Develop proposals, support client presentations, and engage in contract negotiations.Monitor project schedules, scope, and costs to ensure successful outcomes.Oversee project financials, including forecasting, risk management, and change control.Implement project procedures, ensuring compliance with quality guidelines.Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, agencies, and internal teams.Collaborate with department heads to manage team resources and mentor staff.Provide regular updates on project status, costs, safety, and design issues.Travel to project sites as required.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
