Your Role and Impact As a Neighbor Ambassador you will blend customer service, sales, and administration to create a seamless leasing experience for future neighbors. Customer Service – Make neighbors feel cared for and proud to live in our communities. Sales – Guide future neighbors through an easy and engaging leasing process. Administration – Create neighborhood reports, conduct market surveys, prepare rental agreements, and post apartment advertisements. Job Qualifications Experience – Passion for working in a customer‑service, sales, and marketing environment, with diverse backgrounds welcomed. Cultural Traits – Team oriented, communicator, entrepreneurial, passionate, self‑starter, creative, principled, and brand ambassador. Working Weekends – Availability on weekends with regular weekdays off; vacation and other perks provided.
