Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Suarez State Farm is seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and customer-focused professional to join our service team. This role supports customers with policy servicing, billing, Citizens Insurance, coverage questions, documentation, and daily agency workflows. Success in this role requires strong follow-through, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with insurance servicing is preferred, and proficiency in Citizens is a major plus. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Responsibilities Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service through phone, email, and in-office communication Handle billing questions, payments, cancellations, reinstatements, and underwriting requests Process endorsements, certificates, evidence of insurance, and policy changes Support Citizens new business and renewals (training provided if needed) Manage daily workflow, documentation, and follow-up to ensure deadlines are met Support sales team with customer retention, coverage reviews, and client communication Maintain a positive attitude and commitment to accuracy, urgency, and service excellence Qualifications Must hold an 4-40 or 2-20 license (or be willing to obtain one immediately) Previous insurance service experience preferred Strong communication, professionalism, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines High attention to detail and accuracy Professional, reliable, and accountable work ethic Problem-solving mindset with strong follow-through Coachable, positive, and team-focused Spanish bilingual is a plus Experience with Citizens is a plus Compensation: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year About Our Agency Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
