Automotive Sales Consultant

Sheehy Lexus of Richmond is seeking energetic and motivated sales consultants with at least one year of automotive sales experience or experience in retail, hospitality, or food and beverage and strong interest in automotive sales. Responsibilities Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons Requirements Be ambitious, energetic, goal-oriented and motivated to succeed Excellent communication, customer service skills, and follow-up skills A coachable, positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance Outgoing "people person" passionate about sales and helping clientele.
