Job Requirement:
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience working with Boards of Community Associations.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and follow up effectively.
- Prior experience overseeing community governance, financial management, and property maintenance.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary $80,000 - $90,000
- Company smart phone and laptop computer. Generous benefit package includes medical, dental, long-term disability, life insurance, 401K with a 25% company match for the maximum contribution allowed by law.
