Unit Specifics: Number of Beds: 12. Patient Ratios: ICU patients 2:1. Med/surg and pcu patients 4:1. Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability): Charge RN, RNs, PCT. Type of equipment: Ventilators, specialty beds, occasionally CRRT. Documentation system: Meditech. Scheduling requirements: minimum of 4 weekend shifts per schedule (schedules are 4 weeks). Floating policy: Contract labor floats first. Patient Experience requirements: med/surg experience
