Impactful Primary Care NP/PA for Senior Living (Part-Time)
Cornerstone Clinical Management
Cornerstone Clinical Partners in Sparta, NC is seeking a part-time Primary Care NP/PA to provide on-site care to residents in long-term care facilities. You’ll perform exams, review history, and manage chronic and acute conditions. This role emphasizes meaningful patient relationships, collaborative care, and autonomy within a physician-led practice; LTC experience preferred, with state licenses in good standing.
