Job Title: LVN/LPN – Outpatient Clinic
Location: Playa Vista, CA 90094

End Date: 01/18/2027
Shift: Day | 7:30 AM–5:30 PM
Schedule: 40 hours/week | 5×8 hours | No weekends
Local Candidates: Accepted
Traveler Candidates: Accepted
Pay Rate: Local $35–$37/hr | Traveler $38–$41/hr

Requirements:

• Active California LVN/LPN license required
• 2+ years recent outpatient clinic experience
• BLS — AHA or ARC only
• IV certification/competency required
• Strong recent venipuncture/blood-draw experience required
• Pending California license not accepted
• Flu vaccination mandatory; no exemptions
• Ability to float to FM/IM outpatient clinics
• Strong documentation and patient-care skills

Workload:

• High-volume clinic with 100+ patients/day
• Approximately 15 providers
• Approximately 1–5 blood vials per patient
• Strong venipuncture experience is a critical requirement

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing support in an outpatient clinic
• Perform venipuncture and blood draws
• Label and process specimens
• Perform IV-related duties within scope
• Assist providers with examinations and procedures
• Document patient information and clinical observations
• Educate patients
• Follow infection-control and safety protocols
• Float to Culver City FM/IM and other outpatient clinics
