Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our insurance products and identify their coverage needs.

Manage and nurture a consistent lead pipeline, ensuring every prospect receives timely and thoughtful follow-ups.

Explain complex insurance concepts in simple, relatable terms to help families make informed decisions about their future.

Collaborate with our agency team to refine outreach strategies and share insights on what resonates with our local community.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all conversations and client interactions in our system.

Participate in morning team huddles to set daily goals, share success stories, and support one another in reaching our collective targets.

Strong comfort level with high-volume outbound calling.

Experience managing sales pipelines or tracking customer interactions.

Clear, empathetic communication style that builds immediate rapport.

Reliable transportation to our office in Costa Mesa for daily in-person collaboration.

Proficiency in learning new insurance platforms and agency management software.
