Responsibilities

• Develops\u00a0and executes\u00a0sourcing strategies across hardware, software, cloud, and services to align with enterprise technology goals.\u00a0
• Coaches, mentors, and evaluates\u00a0direct reports to build capability, improve performance, and support career growth.\u00a0
• Ensures\u00a0competitive events (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs) are run effectively, documented properly, and aligned with procurement policy.\u00a0
• Provides\u00a0support to team for escalated\u00a0negotiations and commercial analysis to deliver savings, cost avoidance, and\u00a0value\u2011based\u00a0outcomes.\u00a0
• Manages\u00a0strategic supplier relationships, leads\u00a0QBRs, and ensures\u00a0performance, compliance, and innovation.\u00a0
• Collaborates\u00a0with tower leads, architects, and\u00a0project managers\u00a0to forecast demand, plan sourcing pipelines, and support technology roadmaps.\u00a0
• Ensures\u00a0contracts meet legal, data privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance requirements.\u00a0
• Tracks\u00a0savings, RFP volume, contract throughput, and category strategy progress; report results to leadership.\u00a0
• Recruits, selects, and\u00a0onboards\u00a0new team members to support organizational growth.\u00a0
• Resolves\u00a0supplier issues, stakeholder conflicts, and project delays with sound judgment and diplomacy.\u00a0
• Enforces\u00a0procurement policies, audit readiness, and adherence to sourcing and contracting standards.\u00a0
• Identifies\u00a0opportunities to enhance tools,\u00a0processes, and team capabilities.\u00a0
• Develops multi\u2011year category roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Partners with engineering to influence product design for cost and supply resilience.
• Influences senior leaders, aligning priorities, and managing competing interests.
• Leverages AI, automation, and predictive analytics in sourcing.
• A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, \ufb01nancial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, con\ufb01dential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.

Minimum Qualifications

• Five or more years\u00a0of combined\u00a0experience performing\u00a0or supervising\u00a0IT procurement, strategic sourcing, or contract negotiations.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0

• Experience in\u00a0developing\u00a0procurement strategies, negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and partnering with IT to meet technology needs.\u00a0

• Possess a valid Class C Driver\u2019s License. \u00a0

Preferred Qualifications

\u00a0

• Experience using tools such as SAP, Ariba, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to develop multi\u2011year category roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Skilled in spend analysis, cost modeling, TCO/should\u2011cost analysis, and forecasting.
• Understands\u00a0P&L impact, ROI, NPV, and financial health of suppliers as well as greater impact on organization
• Partners with engineering to influence product design for cost and supply resilience.
• Ability to influence senior leaders, aligning priorities, and managing competing interests.
• Leverages AI, automation, and predictive analytics in sourcing.

• This position\u2019s work mode is\u00a0 hybrid.\u00a0 The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and\u00a0reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.\u00a0The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
