About the Role:

THE FINAL FINAL Bar and Grill is looking for a motivated and hardworking Kitchen Help team member to join our crew in La Puente, CA! This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of the food service industry and grow with a team that values hard work and good food. Responsibilities:

• Assist kitchen staff with food prep, including chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils
• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and cooking tools in a timely manner
• Restock kitchen supplies and ensure prep stations are fully stocked during service
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations
• Support line cooks and kitchen team during high-volume service periods
• Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries properly

Requirements:

• No prior experience required — a positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen environment
• Strong work ethic with reliable attendance and punctuality
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain one upon hire)
