Manufacturing Technician

Location: Tampa, FL

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $16.50 - 17.50/hour (BOE)

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a fast–paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and machinery.
Assemble, test, and inspect products according to company standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow safety procedures and report any issues to supervisors.
Perform basic troubleshooting and equipment adjustments as needed.
Document production information and ensure quality control requirements are met.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar environment preferred.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
