Flagship Bartender Position

Compensation includes an hourly rate of $5–$6 per hour, based on experience, plus tips through a shared bartender tip pool.

Full-time availability is preferred. We are looking for someone with open availability who can work 4–5 shifts per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.

This role offers the opportunity to join us during our busiest and most energetic season. Spring and summer bring strong guest traffic, lively shifts, and excellent earning potential for skilled bartenders who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

About the Job:

• Please bring at least 1.5 years of bartending and experience to the table.
• Candidates who are passionate about wine and eager to expand their knowledge are strongly preferred.
• Be knowledgeable about our food, beverages, and service steps to confidently make recommendations and answer questions.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service, making guests feel valued and cared for.
• Use our Toast point-of-sale system to efficiently take orders, process payments, and ensure accuracy.
• Stay detail-oriented, organized, and dedicated to keeping the environment clean and welcoming for guests.
• Work closely with the team to maintain a smooth workflow, offering help in other areas when needed.
• Respond to guest feedback with a positive attitude, turning challenges into opportunities for exceptional service.
