Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate and autonomous *Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)* to provide high-quality mental health care in *skilled nursing facilities* across the Eastern Maryland area. This role offers a *lucrative pay scale*, a supportive clinical environment, and *no visit cancellations*, ensuring consistent patient engagement and provider satisfaction. This is 1099 (contractor) role. ANCC Board Certification.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments
* Provide *psychotherapy*, *consultations*, and *medication management*
* Collaborate with facility medical providers to ensure integrated care
* Work independently while maintaining clinical collaboration with a group psychiatrist
* Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and leadership development
