Weareseekingadedicated InfectionControlNurse toserveasthefacility’sresourceforinfectionprevention,qualitysystems,andstaffdevelopment.Thisroleensurescompliancewithclinicalbestpractices,regulatorystandards,andsafebusinessoperations.TheInfectionControlNursealsocoordinatesandmonitorsallaspectsofinfectionpreventionandcontrolwhilesupportingongoingstaffeducationandqualityimprovementinitiatives. $5,000sign-onbonus Responsibilities Overseeanddocumenttheorientationplanforallnursingstaffandcontractors. Collaboratewithleadershiptoplan,coordinate,andconducttrainingsessionsinlinewithfederal,state,local,andcompanyrequirements. Assesstrainingneedsanddevelop,implement,evaluate,anddocumentallnursingstaffdevelopmentprograms,includingin-serviceandcontinuingeducation. QualityAssurance&PerformanceImprovement(QAPI) Provideongoingtrainingtostaffonqualitymanagementandimprovementinitiatives. Initiateandmonitorperformanceimprovementplans. Participateinriskidentification,planning,andprocessimprovementactivities. InfectionPrevention&Control Reviewandanalyzedatatoidentifyinfectioncontroltrendsandissues. Conductprocessandoutcomemonitoringtoensurecomplianceandsafety. Coordinatemonthlyinfectioncontrolroundsandoutbreakinvestigations. PrepareandpresentreportsfortheQualityAssuranceandPerformanceImprovementCommittee. Assistinreviewingandupdatinginfectionpreventionandcontrolpoliciesandprocedures. Qualifications CurrentRNorLPNlicense Priorexperienceininfectionprevention,staffeducation,orqualityimprovementispreferred. Strongorganizational,analytical,andleadershipskills. Abilitytoworkcollaborativelyacrossdepartmentsandwithinterdisciplinaryteams.
