Registered Nurse (RN)

Saratoga Medical is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in Bethesda, MD. The compensation package includes competitive pay and flexible contract work opportunities.

Saratoga Medical is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide professional nursing services in an outpatient clinical setting. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, supporting clinical operations, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure positive patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree, Associate Degree, or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited nursing program
Successful completion of the NCLEX examination
Current unrestricted RN license in at least one U.S. state, territory, or commonwealth
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
ACLS certification if required
Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience
Minimum of two (2) years of strong current Acute Care Medical-Surgical experience
Vaccine administration and monitoring experience preferred
Ability to meet all credentialing and compliance requirements

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as ordered
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and healthcare needs
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Monitor patient safety and ensure compliance with clinical standards
Support quality improvement and patient care initiatives
Perform additional nursing duties as assigned

Position Details:

13-week contract assignment
Full-time position
Monday through Friday schedule
Shift hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
No weekends required
Off on all Federal holidays
Outpatient clinic environment
