PRN Physician Assistant - Occupational Health

Concentra

Concentra is seeking a Per Diem Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to support our occupational health program in South Bend and Goshen, IN. You will follow medical protocols, provide primary medical direction, and coordinate care within the clinic.

Center hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with PRN shifts of 5+ per month. This role involves patient exams, diagnostic testing, treatment procedures, and patient education while delivering high-quality service.
