Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Evening Shift
Aspen Nursing and Rehab Center, a leader in long-term care and rehabilitation, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Evening Shift to join our team in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Evening Shift , you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch care and enhancing the overall quality of life for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities to residents
Assisting with transfers, mobility, and ambulation
Monitoring and reporting resident conditions and needs to nurse staff
Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care
