Job Requirements: We are seeking an accomplished and strategic attorney to join the firm as Of Counsel . This is a full time and in office position at our Dallas office. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate exceptional responsive and client driven services. Someone who has a strong drive and outstanding judgement. Basic requirements: A minimum of 8 years of legal experience is required. Law firm or professional services experience required. Proven ability to handle sophisticated legal matters with minimal supervision. Strong drafting, negotiation, research, and analytical skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills. Licensed to practice in Texas. NY, FL, AZ, and other additional jurisdictions a plus. Demonstrate success handling complex, high value disputes. Collaborative and team focused. Responsibilities: Serve as lead or senior counsel on complex commercial litigation, investigations, appeals, and other significant disputes. Deliver strategic, business focused legal counsel to clients and high-stake matters. Collaborate with attorneys, investigators, consultants, and communications professionals to advance client objectives. Develop and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives. Identify emerging legal risks, opportunities, and litigation trends relevant to clients and the firm.
