Test Manufacturing Associate Engineer

We are seeking a hands‑on Test Manufacturing Associate Engineer to maintain, repair, and optimize our manual and automated product testing equipment. In this onsite role, you will bridge the gap between design and production by deploying test applications, debugging vendor solutions, and driving continuous improvements in cycle time, yield and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). If you have a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, 5–8 years of experience, circuit/schematic troubleshooting skills and a solid familiarity with Linux and standard electrical test equipment, we want you on our team! Salary: $30 - $34.98 per hour Shift: Second Work Hours: 2 PM – 10 PM Education: Bachelors Responsibilities Test Equipment Deployment & Maintenance: Develop, qualify, and install manual and automated test applications into manufacturing; maintain ongoing tester performance with minimal supervision. Process & Yield Optimization: Improve manufacturing productivity by actively optimizing test cycle times, maximizing yield, and participating in OEE improvement plans. Vendor & Customer Integration: Debug, optimize, and support test solutions provided by external vendors or customers based on operational feedback and specialized training. Cross‑Functional Diagnostics: Collaborative troubleshooting to enhance test coverage, diagnosability, reparability, firmware/diagnostics, and the overall end‑user experience.
