Cashier/Receptionist
Clint Newell Auto Group is seeking a dedicated and professional Cashier/Receptionist to join our team in Roseburg, OR. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service, managing transactions efficiently, and serving as the welcoming face of our company. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Process cash, credit, and check transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to create a positive first impression.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing paperwork.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in cashiering or receptionist roles is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications, including MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment.
