Receptionist

We're looking for a friendly, dependable Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office while supporting a variety of administrative and bookkeeping functions.
Requirements
- Prefer to have minimum 1 year office experience.
- Subject to criminal background and drug screening.
- Valid Drivers License, insurable driving record.
Job Duties
- Provides customer service and support at front counter of an industrial business.
- Answering multi line phone.
- Responsible for Accounts Payable/ Receivables, and Bookkeeping.
- Bank runs and other errands for office as needed.
- Training for other duties will be provided by Employer.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 8:00am -5:00pm.
Rate of Pay
- $16.00 per hour
