Physical Therapist | San Carlos, Arizona

This contract role involves providing therapy to a caseload of approximately 13-15 patients each day, with 80% inpatient and 20% outpatient care. Your time will be split between two clinics, located within an hour's drive of one another, giving you the opportunity to impact a diverse patient population.


Schedule/Hours:

• 10-hour day shifts

Key Qualifications:

• Valid physical therapy license and credentials
• Previous experience with inpatient hospital therapy, including both assessment and intervention
• Comfortable working in outpatient settings as well
• Ability to travel between two clinics (within a one-hour drive)
• Proof of flu vaccination required-absolutely no exceptions
• Must reside outside a 100-mile radius from the facility (permanent address)
• Able to commit to a 13-week contract; no more than 3 days of requested time off allowed
• Strong documentation, communication, and time management skills

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
• Provide evidence-based therapy for a range of medical diagnoses
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient progress and modify treatment as needed
• Maintain an organized, efficient schedule in a high-acuity hospital environment
• Safely manage travel between assigned clinics
