Qualifications:

• Current and unencumbered RN license
• At least one year of recent Stepdown nursing experience strongly preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Ability to thrive in new environments and quickly adapt to changing situations
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to patients in a Stepdown setting
• Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and team members on care plans
• Educate patients and families on care processes and recovery
