Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is hiring a full-time HVAC Technician - Comfort Advisor in Muncie, IN. In this role, you'll earn hourly pay plus performance-based pay and SPIFs, with total earnings potential between $75,000 and $100,000/year, and top performers can exceed that range.This is a full-time heating and cooling service position, Monday through Friday, with in-home consultations scheduled as needed. You'll visit homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations, assess their comfort needs, and clearly present HVAC replacement options. You'll perform system evaluations during maintenance and service calls, explain system features and energy efficiency benefits, and offer financing options to help customers make confident decisions. Your professionalism and integrity will help you build trust and guide customers to the best solutions.
