Loan Support Analyst Sr - Specialty

As a Loan Support Analyst within PNC’s Real Estate Loan organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Dallas, TX; or Cincinnati, OH. The role involves reviewing Commercial Loan documents based on credit approvals, ensuring all required documents are received and executed accurately, and servicing the loan including advances, payments, reprice setting, and other day‑to‑day transactions. The position may be eligible for remote work in selected geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home‑based workspace. Occasional in‑office participation may be required based on business needs. Responsibilities Review Commercial Loan documents based on the credit approvals. Ensure all required documents are received and executed accurately. Review loan documents such as Notes, Loan Agreements, Resolutions and Amendments. Serve the loan, including advances, payments, reprice setting, and other transactional activities. Fulfill fiduciary obligations associated with the Bank’s Agent role; validate construction due diligence requirements; monitor construction progress and draw requirements. Interact with high revenue/high‑profile corporate and/or commercial real‑estate clients. Review customized commercial, legal, and due‑diligence documentation and reporting to ensure adherence to complex deal structures and regulatory compliance requirements. Consult and advise customers, investors, capital‑markets loan syndications, and commercial‑real‑estate deal teams, as well as external and internal partners to execute transactions. Review transactions and related documents, including collateral and construction requirements. Verify work processes for completeness, accuracy, conformance to credit approvals, legal documents, established service levels, and applicable procedures. Determine whether loan disbursements can be made, or if additional documentation or escalations are required. Review reports to identify exceptions, monitor quality, and ensure compliance. Participate in risk‑mitigation activities. Serve as a subject‑matter resource and provide specialty product training. Will comply with Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008, and FINRA regulations regarding criminal history. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $41,250.00 – $75,625.00. This role is incentive eligible with compensation based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
