Mission of the Role Lead the development and execution of Suntory Global Spirits’ refreshment strategy within the On-Premise channel. Partner with customers to establish relationships, test, and scale signature refreshment serves that enhance consumer experience, drive consistency and quality, and drive profitable growth for both customers and SGS brands. The role engages with brand marketing, channel development, commercial teams, and key customers to create scalable refreshment programs that can be adopted across priority On-Premise accounts and occasions. Role Responsibilities Establish Customer Relationships and Delivery Key Account KPIs Manage Key Account List of 15 customers by delivering against KPIs including distribution, volume and menus Secure 5 accounts for Demand Creation program within Key Account List where incremental programming will be deployed Ongoing management of the customer relationship. Pilot Refreshment Serves Secure a minimum of 10 refreshment tests across refreshment focused on premise accounts Design and execute pilot programs to test refreshment serves targeting key refreshment occasions and consumption moments where SGS brands can win. Customize playbooks and activation materials to support customer sell in. Ensure all initiatives improve guest satisfaction and repeat purchase intent. Establish clear learning objectives, success metrics for all pilots including collecting customer level data, where possible. Provide regular feedback for each test in SRA Commercial Scale Up through PDCA Gather consumer feedback and performance data from pilots. Translate consumer insights into actionable recommendations. Participate in monthly status updates with Commercial and Brand Leadership to provide operational and consumer insights Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Three (3) plus years of work-related experience in spirits/wine supplier industry or other consumer goods companies Stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence and develop strong partnerships across the business Thorough knowledge of distribution, promotion, and selling techniques, alongside strong analytical capabilities, is recommended Experience working with a distributor is beneficial Exceptional planning and self-management skills MS Office Suite Budget development and management experience Licensed driver of motor vehicles The ability for intermittent travel Lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 45 lbs. Sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, stooping, and typing using a computer The salary range for this role is $70,000- $92,000 along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate’s location, experience, and skillset. The range will vary if outside of this location.
