Gainwell Technologies is seeking an Associate Manager, Inpatient/Outpatient Coding Review to supervise a diverse team of Certified Coders, DRG auditors, and Nurse Reviewers. You will audit inpatient and outpatient records to ensure accurate coding, identify discrepancies, and recoverable opportunities while supporting regulatory integrity for clients. You will implement quality assurance processes, mentor staff, monitor KPIs, and report outcomes to leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr Gainwell Technologies
