People Operations Business Partner Generalist

Support a growing manufacturing and warehouse organization in Taylor, Texas as an HRBP Generalist, partnering with managers and employees across HR guidance and compliance. Responsibilities Serve as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees, advising on HR policies, procedures, employment laws, and best practices Handle employee relations matters, including assisting with workplace investigations and driving resolutions Support workforce ramp-up and expansion of manufacturing operations Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit and onboard talent for manufacturing and warehouse roles Assist with onboarding, orientation, and employee integration activities Support training, talent reviews, employee development , and learning initiatives Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, programs , and the Employee Handbook Maintain employee records and HRIS data while ensuring confidentiality and compliance Support benefits administration and annual open enrollment activities Support payroll-related activities , including timecard reconciliation , reporting, and incentive administration Participate in cross-functional HR and business projects as assigned Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience Minimum 3 years of progressive Human Resources experience Strong employee relations experience Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with HRIS systems ; ADP experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Bilingual (English and Spanish) (preferred) Experience supporting manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial workforce Success Factors High integrity and professionalism Results-oriented and proactive problem solver Strong partnership and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Commitment to employee engagement and organizational success Role Overview Onsite role in Hutto, TX , supporting manufacturing and warehouse operations in Taylor, TX Partner to provide HR guidance and support across a workforce of approximately 500-1,000 employees and contractors Focus areas include employee relations , talent acquisition , learning and development , performance management , employee engagement , workforce planning , and HR operations initiatives Technologies Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) HRIS systems ADP (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr Compal USA Technology Inc
