Account Development Executive | Dallas, TX (Field Sales)

We're looking for a motivated, people-focused sales professional to recruit local businesses into an innovative delivery partner network across the Dallas market. This is a field-based role where you'll engage business owners face-to-face, build relationships, guide qualified partners through the onboarding process, and earn uncapped commissions for every successful conversion.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and visit local businesses throughout the Dallas area to introduce the program and generate interest.
• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers through in-person outreach.
• Qualify potential partners and guide them through the application and onboarding process.
• Manage your pipeline and activities in Salesforce.
• Collaborate on community outreach events, networking opportunities, and local business initiatives.
• Partner with chambers of commerce, economic development groups, and community influencers to generate referrals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure a smooth partner experience.
• Consistently achieve recruitment goals and maximize commission earnings.

What We're Looking For

✅ 2+ years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience

✅ Proven outside sales, field sales, territory sales, or door-to-door experience

✅ Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)

✅ Strong relationship-building and communication skills

✅ Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field

✅ Comfortable with local travel throughout the Dallas market

Preferred Qualifications

• Closing or negotiation experience
• Bilingual Spanish (highly preferred)
• Hindi language skills a plus
• Experience with Excel and CRM data management
• Familiarity with the Dallas business community

Territory & Schedule

• Primarily field-based (4-5 days per week)
• Coverage area includes Dallas, Frisco, Addison, Garland, Richardson, and surrounding markets
• Local travel required throughout assigned territory

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
