SCRUM Master - AI PODS

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across multiple AI Pods developing AI solutions for the legal industry. The role will coordinate AI specialists, technology teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to move AI initiatives from ideation and experimentation through production and adoption. The ideal candidate combines strong Agile delivery experience with an understanding of AI/Generative AI development, recognizing that AI projects require rapid experimentation, iterative validation, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead Agile delivery and Scrum ceremonies across multiple AI Pods, including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives. Manage AI initiatives through discovery, PoC, MVP, validation, production, and adoption. Excellent communicator who can work with Stakeholders Should have hands of Project Management experience as well Should be certified scrum master Need someone who can own project Someone who has handled multiple PODS Partner with Product Owners to translate business requirements into prioritized epics, features, user stories, and AI experiments. Coordinate dependencies across AI Pods, business teams, data, applications, security, and enterprise platforms. Track delivery milestones, sprint commitments, risks, dependencies, and impediments and drive them to resolution. Adapt Agile practices for the experimental nature of AI, where solutions require iterative testing and refinement. Facilitate evaluation of AI solutions against agreed quality, accuracy, performance, security, and business-value criteria. Ensure appropriate governance and human-in-the-loop validation are incorporated into AI delivery. Provide stakeholders and leadership with clear visibility into progress, risks, priorities, and outcomes. Drive continuous improvement, reuse of AI capabilities, and consistent delivery practices across AI Pods. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, or technology program delivery roles. Demonstrated experience managing multiple Agile teams or pods. Experience with AI, Generative AI, data, automation, or emerging technology initiatives preferred. Understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, AI agents, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation. Experience working in the legal industry, professional services, or regulated environments is preferred. Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, dependency management, and communication skills.
