Responsibilities

• Provide

  root

• Partner
  
  
  closely
  
  
  with
  
  
  the
  
  
  doctor
  
  
  and
  
  
  team
  
  
  to
  
  
  deliver
  
  
  exceptional
  
  
  patient
  
  
  care

  experience.
• Educate

Qualifications

• Current
  
  
  dental
  
  
  hygienist
  
  
  license
  
  
  in
  
  
  North
  
  
  Carolina
  
  
  or
  
  
  eligibility
  
  
  to
  
  
  obtain
  
  
  licensure.
• New
  
  
  graduates
  
  
  are
  
  
  encouraged
  
  
  to
  
  
  apply.
• Strong
  
  
  periodontal
  
  
  knowledge
  
  
  and
  
  
  comfort
  
  
  treating
  
  
  periodontal
  
  
  patients.
• Excellent

Qualifications:

• Current dental hygienist license
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office
• Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
