CareRite Centers is seeking a Wound Care LPN to provide specialized wound care for post-acute and long-term care residents in a compassionate, resident-centered environment. Responsibilities include performing wound assessments, following evidence-based treatment plans, completing dressings, monitoring healing, and documenting care in the EMR. The LPN will collaborate closely with nurses, therapists, and physicians to prevent pressure injuries, educate residents and families, and support quality outcomes.
