What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with your crew to install and maintain landscapes, including planting, mulching, pruning, and sod installation;
• Safely operate hand tools, power equipment, and machinery to complete tasks efficiently;
• Assist with hardscaping projects, including patios, retaining walls, and walkways;
• Follow project plans and instructions to ensure high-quality work and craftsmanship;
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment;
• Follow all safety guidelines and company standards to ensure a safe workplace.

What We’re Looking For:

• Landscaping or outdoor labor experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train motivated individuals;
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions;
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability;
• Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs. and perform other physically demanding tasks;
• A positive attitude, team player mentality, and eagerness to learn;
• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required.
