We are seeking an energetic, professional, and results-driven Marketing Director to grow census, strengthen referral partnerships, and promote the outstanding care provided by our team. Position Summary The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, assisted living communities, and other healthcare partners. This individual will represent Hemet Hills Post Acute in the community, drive census growth initiatives, and serve as a key liaison between referral sources and the facility. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources throughout the community Conduct regular visits to hospitals, physician offices, assisted living communities, and other healthcare partners Promote facility services, clinical programs, and specialty offerings Coordinate referral admissions with the Admissions and Clinical teams Monitor referral activity, admissions trends, and census development opportunities Participate in community outreach, networking events, and healthcare industry activities Collaborate with facility leadership to develop strategic marketing plans Track and report marketing efforts, referrals, and conversion metrics Maintain knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements related to marketing activities Serve as a positive ambassador for Hemet Hills Post Acute and PACS Qualifications Previous healthcare marketing, business development, admissions, or sales experience preferred Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), post-acute, home health, hospice, or healthcare experience strongly preferred Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Proven ability to establish and maintain professional partnerships Strong organizational and time management abilities Self-motivated with a track record of achieving goals and outcomes Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Benefits Competitive salary Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off Sick Leave Employee Assistance Program Professional growth and advancement opportunities Supportive and collaborative leadership team We are an equal opportunity employer.
