Guest Support Team Member

The primary commitment of the Guest Support Team Member is to provide an exceptional experience for our Guests. This experience will leave the guests craving to return soon and share their excitement (food shots and selfies are preferred). Achieving this means you must embrace the Hideaway Way, excel in the Hideaway Service Standards, have superior menu knowledge, continuously enhance the Guest environment, and present yourself in a professional yet fun way.

Fanatic execution of the Hideaway Service Standards and Steps of Service to every Guest.

Sincerely welcome and thank every Guest, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Obsessively maintain a clean and safe environment for the Guest and Team Members.

Quickly answer the phone and handle calls in a professional and appreciative manner.

Vigorously protect the financial interests of the Guests and Hideaway Pizza.

Always create a fun environment.

Other duties as assigned to support the success of the Guest experience.

The Guest Support roles and responsibilities vary between positions. You be required to be flexible in the position scheduling. Guest Support include Greeter, Seater, and Busser as well as the Takeaway / Curbside positions of Spotter, Runner, Expo, and Cash.

Must be 16 years or older.

Have and maintain required licenses: Food Handlers (state and county specific).

Work a varied schedule, including shifts, days, holidays, doubles, positions, and events.

Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook and job-specific training guides.

Communicate effectively and work cooperatively with fellow Crew Members and Managers.

Meet the physical requirement of the position, including standing for extended periods (up to 10 hours), walking frequently, lifting up to 40 pounds, carrying up to 25 pounds, bending, reaching, stooping, climbing and descending stairs (location specific), and performing repetitive motions.
