Senior Strategic Sourcing General Analyst

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITHIn this role, you will be part of the Sport Sourcing Team, reporting to the Global Sports Apparel (GSA) Sourcing DirectorWHO WE ARE LOOKING FORAs a Senior Sourcing Analyst, we’re looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial person to manage unique sourcing and cost planning activities within our US domestic source base. Having the ability to focus on process improvements. The ideal candidate will provide a proactive approach to bring multiple stakeholders together and thrives in a cross-functional environment. This role is perfect for a teammate with product creation and manufacturing experience with exceptional communication skills. Having the ability to influence, collaborate, and create consensus is a must.The candidate needs:Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience in Sourcing, Planning, Operations Management, Product Creation or Manufacturing.Strategic thinking and enterprise mindsetStrong analytical skills married to a problem-solving mindsetAbility to lead and influence without direct authorityAbility to maintain a high level of integrity, remain effective in an environment of ambiguity, and have strong attention to detailsHighly collaborative with proven ability to work with various stakeholders, both internal and external, with multiple competing priorities to create a shared visionWHAT YOU’LL WORK ONYou will be responsible for the key uniform segments made exclusively for competition athletes, working with the triad to build the appropriate source strategy and ensure you execute to that strategy. You will help review and confirm our factory pricing falls within acceptable levels in terms of product cost and complexity and work back with stakeholders to resolve unexpected variances.
