The Opportunity
We are collaborating with multiple companies in St. Johns seeking experienced Inside Sales Representatives. These organizations value long-term fit and are looking for professionals who bring both skill and alignment. By joining our network, you gain access to opportunities tailored to your goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and nurture inbound leads from marketing campaigns.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective manufacturing clients.
- Present product demonstrations and explain technical specifications to customers.
- Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals for manufacturing solutions.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales.
- Collaborate with external sales teams to support territory growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
Recommended Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to understand technical product specifications and articulate value propositions to customers.
