The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper product codes and quantities.

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, shipping errors, or damaged goods.

• Proactively communicate potential delays or issues to customers, offering alternative solutions.
