Job Requirements

• Experience in critical care, intensive care, or ICU settings strongly preferred
• Board certified or board eligible
• Valid Nurse Practitioner credentials and eligibility to practice in Pennsylvania
• BLS certification required
• Ability to work night shift coverage with a 7-on / 7-off schedule
• Comfortable managing variable patient encounters in a high-acuity care setting

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced care for patients in a critical care and intensive care setting
• Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and complex patient conditions
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care team members to support optimal patient outcomes
• Respond to changes in patient status and adjust care plans as needed
• Document patient encounters clearly and accurately in the medical record
• Support safe, efficient care delivery during overnight critical care coverage
